Rush projects compress the labor of a multi-week process into as few as 12 hours, so the cost of a rush project will be affected accordingly to make that magic happen.
And if you’re not in a rush? Great. A non-rush process means we have more time to get everything ironed out just right — there’s no reason to rush a video if it’s not necessary.
Pricing is determined by your video’s length (for example, three minutes) and deadline (for example, one month from today). Give us a call, and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.
We do! Your animation is created in-house by our team of expert writers, animators, illustrators, editors, and project leads. You’ll have one primary contact for the project, but many others work behind the scenes to bring you each draft.
Nope, we are not. Our main offices are in Minneapolis, Berkeley, and Washington, D.C., but we have remote staff scattered across the United States and even all the way up in Ontario.

Our standard process includes three scripting revision cycles and three animation revision cycles. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate (although clients rarely request this because our process is efficient, effective, and well tested).

That being said, it actually can be an advantage if we don’t know much about your industry. As laypersons, we’re able to distill your message in terms that connect with a broad audience.
No! Scripting assistance is included with every project. During our kickoff call, we’ll ask you questions that get to the heart of your message. From there, we can draft a script from scratch.
If you’ve already got a working script that you like, even better — we can start there, too.

We generally discourage clients from creating their own voiceover because the best quality recordings require specialized equipment and a trained professional voice actor. But we can work with you to find a voiceover artist with a voice and style that are similar to your own. If need be, we can work from your recordings.
