Mission Score: After every project, our team determines a mission score on a scale of 1 to 10 assessing how mission-aligned we are with the client.
Staff happiness: We survey staff every 4-6 weeks with the question “On a scale of 1 to 10, how happy are you at work?”
Volunteer hours: We ask staff to record all volunteer time done outside of work or through work sponsored activities.
